Lachy and Squin are back to review Round 11 of NBL1 East 2023.

Games covered this week includes Bankstown Bruins vs. Canberra Nationals and Norths Bears vs. Newcastle Falcons in the women’s competition; and Illawarra Hawks vs. Inner West Bulls in the men’s competition.

As usual there is a bit of news to share and the All-Star 5 for Round 11.

This week Lachy and Squin are joined by former CoE athlete and current Albury-Wodonga Bandit, Ashlee Hannah, who has made her return to basketball this year after an extended period away from the sport.
